Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim Hike

Arrived at GC North Rim on Friday evening without reservations for the campsite and a sign at the entrance declared it full. We had a reservation for Saturday night which we’d managed to make online but we couldn’t book for Friday (perhaps because we did it day before). We’d already come 20 miles from the last campsite and had another 10 into the park
